How do I make an order on www.appliance.tfp.mu?
Making an order on TFP Appliance is easy. Create an account and simply browse through a wide variety of products and then click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button to add the product you wish to buy. A pop up will appear.
You can either continue shopping or click on Proceed to checkout.
Fill in the form with your personal information, addresses, and delivery details. Complete your order by clicking on the ‘Place Order’ button.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once you have completed your order, an order number will be generated. Please use this reference number for any query you may have. A copy of the order will be sent to you by email. Our team will contact you to confirm the order on the next working day. Please note that our online department is operational as below:
- Monday to Friday 09H00 : 17H00
- Saturday 09H00 : 13H00

My order hasn’t arrived yet. Where is it?
You should receive your order within 3 days from payment received and invoicing processed by the Ecommerce department We’ll always do our best to make sure your delivery arrives on time. Sometimes, a small delay can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.
Don’t worry, we’ll let you know if we hear any possible delays. You can also contact us on 5751 4372 to query or drop us an email on appliance@tfp.mu about the delayed delivery. Please provide your order reference to facilitate the tracking.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes you have to create an account. Your name and contact details will be registered in our database.
Why choose to collect in showroom?
Collect your item(s) you order for FREE. You can collect on a day that you have chosen at time of checkout, without paying for delivery charges.
How to choose collect in showroom?
You can choose to collect your item in one of our stores.
Step 1: Order Online and choose “collect in store” upon checkout.
Step 2: Our team will contact you for order confirmation.
Step 3: After your order has been invoiced, visit the chosen store to collect your item.
What are the delivery charges for Home Delivery?
All orders above Rs 3,000, will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE to the shipping address. A delivery fee of Rs 300, will be charged for orders below this amount. This delivery fee will automatically be added to your order if the total order amount is below Rs 3,000.
Are there any restrictions on delivery above the first floor?
We normally do not deliver to a room or flat above the first floor of your home or block. Our team will only be able to assess if they can safely deliver above the first floor when they arrive on site.
Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?
Yes. We strongly advise the person whose name appear on the order confirmation to sign the required documents upon delivery. Signatures by a third party can require you to call in one of our showrooms to redo the signature. Kindly note that for all purchases made online via Hire Purchases (CIM or Rogers Capital), it is compulsory for the credit applicant to sign the Delivery Note upon reception of delivery.
Do you deliver on Sundays & public holidays?
Our delivery team doesn’t work on Sundays and public holidays, except in peak seasons. However, collection in showroom is available during our operating times.
What is the delivery time after completing my order?
Excluding peak seasons, your item(s) will be delivered to you within 3 working days. Our delivery team is operational from Monday to Friday 09 00 to 17 00 and Saturday from 09 00 to 13 00. Please note that our Logistic Team will contact you prior to delivering you order. For orders to be picked in showroom, our team will confirm the payment and availability of the stock in the chosen showroom before processing your order(s)
What are the payment methods available?
We offer different methods of payments like MCB Juice, Direct Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card or Payment on delivery by Credit/Debit Cards.
It should be noted that for MCB Juice and Direct Bank Transfer, our team will confirm the payment before processing your order. For MCB Juice payment, a QR Code/Phone Number will be indicated at the end of the order.
For Direct Bank Transfer, a bank account number will be displayed. Irrespective of the payment method selected, our team will contact you before processing your order. Please note that if you choose to pick up the order in one of our showrooms, online payment (MCB Juice/Direct Bank Transfer/Debit or Credit Card) should be made prior to picking up the order in showroom. We do not accept payment in our showrooms.
We offer online Credit Facilities through Cim Finance and Rogers Capital. Once you select your credit service provider, you will have to provide a copy of your National Identity Card, Proof of address, Utility Bill and Pay Slip/ Bank Statement (most recent). The service provider will review your request. approval or rejection will be communicated by phone call and email to you by the credit facilitator first and then by our team. Note that 361 do not store any of the above document.
